I am 44 years old, I am 172 cm tall (I know, a bit short for a German) and I weigh 62 kg; a few years ago I weighed 88 kg.
I come from a family where my mom used to say that we suffered from slow metabolism. I was thin until I turned 25; after that I gained weight every year, something like one or two kilograms, but I didn't pay it much attention. The point is that by the time I turned 30, I already weighed 88 kg. Back then I was called the "gordibueno," for I saw myself as something like "strong"; that's when the matter began to worry me. I told my mom about it; she told me it was normal, since our family had a slow metabolism, i.e., that it was genetic.
I wondered if that was true, and I researched the topic. I found several solutions on how we can optimize our metabolism, especially with the help of vitamin B and exercise, which, if they become part of our daily routine, give us surprising results.
With an entrepreneurial vision, which has followed me throughout my youth and up to now, we arrived in Mexico seven years ago; after three years of learning (one always ends up getting one's hands dirty), research and production, we began, step by step, to market our product:Elevator effervescent tablet
first at 7-Eleven, then at Sanborn's, subsequently at Comercial Mexicana, Sam's and other well-known stores. We sold well, but something was missing: adding value to our customers. We hadn't managed to share our experiences with as many people as possible and the reason why we do what we do.
We love Mexico and we want to do our part to inspire as many people as possible to improve their quality of life.
